Frequently Asked Questions
-
For households with pets, we recommend professional cleaning every 4–6 weeks, especially during Arizona's hottest months (May–September) when odor problems intensify. For homes without pets, every 2–3 months is typically enough to keep turf looking and smelling fresh.
-
A hose rinse only dilutes the odor temporarily. Pet urine soaks into the infill and backing beneath the turf blades, where bacteria grows and continues producing odor — especially as Arizona heat reactivates it. Removing the smell for good requires deep extraction and bacterial treatment, not just surface rinsing.
-
Yes. Unlike natural grass, artificial turf doesn't break down waste, debris, or bacteria on its own. Without periodic cleaning, turf can develop odor, drainage problems, matting, and a buildup of bacteria and debris in the infill layer.

Appointment length depends on yard size and condition, but most residential cleanings are completed within a single visit. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
